How the 20 minute timer supports eye breaks

This 20 minute timer marks the interval between breaks. The 20-20-20 rule says that every 20 minutes, you look at something 20 feet (6 m) away for 20 seconds.

This tool is the 20-minute interval between breaks; a sibling 20-second timer is available at /tools/20-second-timer. It also supports 25, 45 and 60 minute presets, or a custom duration.

Remaining time = duration − (current timestamp − start timestamp)
